BIOTECON Diagnostics has been DIN EN ISO 9001 certified since 2003, and we have maintained DIN EN ISO 17025 accreditation in the service sector since 2005.

Our quality management system guarantees safety through efficient and reproducible results both from our products as well as our service department. Our quality principles were developed from our many years of experience. All employees are responsible for and strive to maintain this high level of quality. With quality improving measures, such as our use of highly skilled staff, the validation of methods and products, and our flexible response to customer requirements, these quality principles are achieved. The implementation of these measures is made possible through training, internal audits, and annual targets (quality objectives) for each department.
