BIOTECON Diagnostics and BioChek form new group of companies under Hygiena umbrella

EW GROUP last month announced the acquisition of Hygiena, a leader in food safety and environmental testing solutions, headquartered in California. As subsidiaries of EW Group, we, together with our sister company BioChek, are most pleased about the newly formed group of companies under the Hygiena umbrella.
By joining forces, we will form a leading food safety, veterinary and environmental diagnostic solutions company.
