Lebensmittelpathogene
Ein Pathogen ist ein Synonym für Krankheitserreger. Lebensmittelpathogene stellen eine besondere Form von mikrobiellen Krankheitserregern dar, welche über die Nahrung aufgenommen und verbreitet werden.

Das foodproof Aspergillus Detection LyoKit ist die perfekte Wahl für den spezifischen und sensitiven Nachweis von pathogenen Aspergillus Arten in Cannabis und Cannabisprodukten. Es ermöglicht den Nachweis der vier pathogenen Aspergillus-Spezies Aspergillus flavus, Aspergillus fumigatus, Aspergillus niger und Aspergillus terreus in einem einzigen Test. In Kombination mit dem foodproof StarPrep Two 8-Strip Kit zur DNA-Extraktion wird das Risiko einer Inhibition durch Matrixkomponenten minimiert, so dass unabhängig vom Probentyp immer optimale Ergebnisse erzielt werden können. Das lyophilisierte Format ermöglicht eine hohe Anwenderfreundlichkeit und eine verbesserte Sensitivität durch den Einsatz größerer Probenvolumina.
Das foodproof Aspergillus Detection LyoKit ist das einzige lyophiliserte Aspergillus-Kit im Markt und ist mit den meisten real-time-PCR-Geräten kompatibel.
