Lebensmittelpathogene

Ein Pathogen ist ein Synonym für Krankheitserreger. Lebensmittelpathogene stellen eine besondere Form von mikrobiellen Krankheitserregern dar, welche über die Nahrung aufgenommen und verbreitet werden.

Das foodproof Enterobacteriaceae plus Salmonella Detection LyoKit ermöglicht den schnellen und sicheren Nachweis der Gattung Salmonella sowie der Gattung Enterobacteriaceae in zwei verschiedenen Fluoreszenzkanälen mittels real-time PCR.
Seit 2005 gelten gesetzliche Vorgaben, die die Untersuchung pulverförmiger Säuglingsnahrung auf die pathogene Gattung Salmonella vorschreiben und ein Screening auf die Familie der Enterobacteriaceae als Hygieneindikator empfehlen.
