Invitation to the Workshop “Microbiological Analysis of Dairy Products”

– February 7, 2019 –

Milk and dairy products are in their value and variety, a very special and precious food. Due to the high water and protein content of dairy products they are highly susceptible to rapid spoilage if not properly handled. Manufacturers carry out various tests to ensure that milk and dairy products reach consumers in their optimal condition.
Many pathogens are killed by pasteurization, however, subsequent contamination may occur through various other means. In addition, some dairy products, such as raw milk and raw milk cheese, are not heated and are therefore at a particularly high risk of contamination if not properly handled.

Since 1998, BIOTECON Diagnostics has been a competent partner for molecular biological and microbiological issues related to food safety. We develop and manufacturer innovative diagnostic tests for the dairy industry.
