Technical Service
As a pioneer in the field of automated molecular food diagnostics, BIOTECON Diagnostics has years of experience in the care and maintenance of systems and applications. From the outset, technical service works closely with our customers. Our experienced team of certified service engineers provides installation and training, telephone support, as well as maintenance and repair of systems.
Our Technical Service Helpdesk is available Monday thru Friday from 9am to 5pm (Central European Time).
In addition to our warranty, we offer basic and full service contracts for each automated system:
