Color Compensation Set 5

Color Compensation Set 5 was developed for use on the LightCycler^® 480 II real-time PCR cycler. This set is suitable to analyze multicolor experiments of the following kits from BIOTECON Diagnostics:

The Color Compensation is instrument specific. It is therefore necessary to use the corresponding set. Following repair or other disturbance of the LightCycler optical system, a new calibration must be performed.
