foodproof® StarPrep Two 8-Strip Kit
The StarPrep Two 8-Strip Kit is designed for a quick and easy high-throughput extraction of bacterial DNA from Gram positive bacteria in food enrichments by heat-induced lysis.
Principle
- Cells are lysed by mechanical disruption and incubation in the foodproof StarPrep Two Kit 8-Strip lysis buffer.
- After centrifugation, the DNA is in the supernatant and ready to use.
